Welcome to GS Essentials! As a drop shipping business, we work with third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship your orders. Below, you’ll find our shipping policy, including estimated delivery times and important details about order processing.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain locations may have restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at gsessentials2@gmail.com for assistance.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order is placed, our suppliers prepare and ship your items directly from their warehouse.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer Economy and Standard Shipping within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on the weight of the order.
Domestic (United States) Shipping:
• Economy Shipping (5-8 business days):
• Free for orders $50.00 and up
• $4.90 for orders 0lb - 5lb
• $19.90 for orders 5lb - 70lb
• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days):
• $6.90 for orders 0lb - 1lb
• $9.90 for orders 1lb - 5lb
International Shipping:
• We currently ship to various international destinations, including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and more.
• International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note:
• Tracking updates may take several days to appear, depending on the supplier and shipping carrier.
• If you have multiple items in your order, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please check with your local post office or neighbors if you believe your package was misplaced.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us at gsessentials2@gmail.com, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
6. International Shipping & Customs
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• GS Essentials is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. GS Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
